Good Friday Perspective: The Lenten Season reminds us of the sufferings of Christ and God's directive to emulate the life of Christ. While others opt to follow by reenacting the suffering and death of Christ, even going as far as nailing themselves to a cross, why don't we look at it in a different perspective, and emulate Christ's life by becoming Fishers of Men. Let us remind ourselves and others of our real purpose: to proliferate the message of God's love and bring everyone closer to Him.
About the picture: Fishermen of Pug-os Cabugao, Ilocos Sur. I adjusted the levels for more drama. i felt kinda sad when i was observing them because there were so many of them but they caught only a few fish. Parang the reality of life hit me hard, so did the reality of our depleting natural resources.
