Camping

Can you believe this is our living room? it has two tents set up in the east side. My niece likes to play here and we even slept here once... kunyari camping. We were finally able to use it in a sort of camping trip when we decided to go to the beach as a birthday celebration. Actuallly, may resthouse naman sa beach but we still opted to sleep in our tents. Unfortunately i wasnt able to take pictures of the tents put up. To make it feel more like camping, nasira rin yung water pump sa resthouse so we had to get water from a well. Galing! hahaha! We had four tents in all, two were for two people only and the other two were for 4 people. The kids with us had so much fun, we even roasted marshmallows on a bonfire.

The beach was ok but it was so full of jellyfish. When I took a dip that night, ok naman, i didn't get any stings but when my friends went into the water, they all had stings of different sizes. One of our friends even had an allergy reaction that we thought we had to bring him to the hospital! e medyo isolated pa naman yung lugar. Fortunately, we had some anti-allergy on hand, kasi one of my friends was allergic to beer kaya nagdala sya ng gamot in case we drink. Kinabukasan when we swam early in the morning, we could see the jellyfishes... sobrang dami! Iba-ibang size! I grew up swimming in jellyfish infested beaches pero brownish yung mga jellyfish, natakot ako with this ones kasi transparent talaga sya e ang alam ko ito talaga yung "deadly". We still tried to enjoy the water, dun lang kami sa mababaw na part hoping na less yung jellyfish dun. Ok naman, the water was refreshing. We got to swim pa rin until it was time to pack up.

All in all, it was a great experience kasi i enjoyed the company of my friends and pamangkins. Atsaka minsan lang namin magawa ito. regret ko lang wala kaming group picture. hehehe. puro stolen shots. Anyway, to everyone who came with us to celebrate our birthday there, thank you so much. I really had fun.

P.S. just a thought, all arrangements and even the trip to the beach were planned thinking of what would please the people who were coming... and what would be enjoyable to them... at some point, my sister was already complaining na mas priority na yung guests... pero it all turned out okay naman. I think what really mattered to us was that the people closest to us, especially the kids enjoyed themselves.
