I am always grateful for the many things that God has so generously showered me and my family but I admit to being remiss in my duties of thanking Him and witnessing to others about His goodness and gift of eternal life. This year, I wanted to be a vessel of His love, showing others how He blesses us even when we don’t deserve it. I am trying to develop within me a sense of gratitude for even the smallest things for I know that all things come from God and that He can easily take away what He has given us. But more than that I just want to show my gratitude by showing the world His love and mercy to me and my life. I shall call this post and the following posts as My Gratitude Project.
For this collage I am thankful to God for:
1. Unexpected guests – the cat scared me a bit when it peered through my window but i am grateful for this cat because they drove the mice away from our house
2. I usually don’t get to eat breakfasts because I’m always rushing to work and that’s why I relish having leisurely breakfasts during my free days
3. I love pizza and we’ve been going to this Italian who has retired in a town called Badoc, we so wanted to try his “authentic” pizza but had a hard time because he only serves at certain times, finally Erwin was able to buy some
4. When mom got home from Manila, she brought home this nori snacks. I love this stuff!
5. I bought some of these toys called furReal as gifts for kids last Christmas. Small stuff animals that move when you press something at their backs. Just adorable, I couldn’t resist keeping one for myself
6. The middle picture is of our dog Bruno. He’s very noisome and has bitten some people. When we got him, he was very docile and looked scaredy until, we got puppies from our two other dogs and I guess he got jealous of the attention, so now he’s so feisty. Mama wanted to give him away, but we don’t seem to have the heart to do so.
So that’s all for Week 1 of MY GRATITUDE PROJECT!
